An interview with Emma Rosen

The Letterpress Project has asked authors and illustrators to think about what has inspired them as artists, what their favourite books are and how they relate to their audience - we've also asked them if they themselves are book collectors.

We are delighted to present an exclusive interview with the author, Emma Rosen. Emma and her husband live in Kent with their three adorable children and two silly dogs. Balancing her time with working as a biology teacher, Emma writes non-fiction and children’s books. She has particular interests in marine ecology, early parenting and creative small businesses. Emma has degrees in marine biology and in education.

Emma is passionate about breastfeeding support and volunteers as a breastfeeding counsellor at a local group. When she’s not writing or relaxing with her family, Emma makes YouTube videos, spends time by the sea and sings in a band.
