Drawings by children at Jollyland School in Kampala, Uganda
Nine year old Ethan Argent spent part of his holiday visiting family in Uganda reading a picture book to children at Jollyland School in Kampala, Uganda. He chose to read ‘The Lion who wanted to love’ by Giles Andreae, illustrated by David Wojtowycz that is packed with colourful pictures as well as telling a compelling story. The children really enjoyed listening to him and afterwards took time to look at the book more closely. As a result they produced some wonderfully detailed drawings with comments.
